What you like most about working here: The people, the games and the fact that for the first time in my life I wake up every morning happy to go to work.
What you think the coolest part of waze (the product) is: The ability to search a location on web such as “Search for a coffee shop in the area”.

Role and/or Team at waze: Geographic Data Integreation, Infrastructure Team
A bit about what you do here: I integrate geographic data from various sources into our system, and make sure that our servers actually work!
How long you’ve been working at waze: 4 months
What you like most about working here: Working with great colleagues, and handling the most innovative and fascinating ideas and technologies today.
What you think the coolest part of waze (the product) is: Earning about 20 minutes from my daily commute thanks to community routing!
Dream phone: Iridium. I like touring extreme locations.
Favorite app, aside from waze: MFE, which helps me read my gmail messages on-the-go.
Personal motto: In order to understand recursion, one must first understand recursion.
