Haven't you tried if the result could be reproduced? Hogs, pan and all?

It's mainly used as a parking aid in hopes that other drivers will give them a bit more room at a parking spot. Think about the effort it takes to get in or out of a vehicle with a wheel chair.

Ah, I thought perhaps they randomly just dumped the wheelchair out in the middle of the road.

It's happened to me plenty of times. If you start out on a divided road heading away from the RLC, but the route eventually goes through the RLC, it will trigger if you are within (currently) 500m, and as you drive away, increase until it gets to 600m. If it doesn't hit 600m, it will then count down until you reach it. If it hits 600m, it will go away and not re-trigger again that I've seen.

How should I mark it? (Solved as a client issue?) The user didn't even follow the path of the Waze given route.
Edit: I only know of one RLC in my travels when I drive between Chico and Sacramento, so my encounters with RLCs are rare.

Yes, yes it is... But there is nothing I can do about interference... (The GPS layer is ALL over the place in this area)

This was posted right next to a gas station:
Type: General error
Description: no gas
I can't find the button in the editor to magically refill the gas, maybe they took it out in the last update?
