Finally found an entry worth reporting here --

"Type: General error; Description: Pothole in parking lot."

If only I could respond! "Thanks for reporting this! I'll get right out there with a shovel and a wheelbarrow full of asphalt to fix that for you! (Or maybe you should report it to the manager of the fitness center in whose parking lot you are located, if you want a better chance at achieving that result.)" Yeah, sometimes "Not Identified" just doesn't quite cut the mustard.

(Okay, so the correct response would be: "Please report this to your fellow Wazers as a 'Hazard' rather than a 'Map Error'. Thank you." But where's the fun in that? )

The proper response to that for major cities in the US and Canada is "dial 311"
