The author of the Extended Tools just got access to the new Waze Map Editor today. So likely if he/she is going to update, it's going to take a little while.
And just like that, they're back. And all is right with the world.

With the limited amount of space we have for PM's, we could fill it up pretty fast.

You can always give out your email address in the outgoing PM. Also, if you have not done so, consider changing your PM setting to automatically delete the oldest PM.

Sagi, can you post the text of these emails here in the forums prior to the emails being enabled? We would like the opportunity to review and/or make suggestions.
Please, please, please also make the
Subject of the emails reflect the content. I fear that many times we've requested more information from a user, and those emails have been overlooked because the subject said "Your map update was processed".

GREAT IDEA !!!!!
I have been sending messages to the Users using the Old Editor. I am receiving back 50% of my requests for additional information if I send the request with the first 24-36 hours of the UR. I now have my area under control and am able to answer the UR in less than 24 hours.
I believe if the Subject of the message is made more clear the percentage will rise.
Hopefully the Old Editor will continue to work until the New Editor is equipped to send messages to the User.

And hopefully we get something simmular like the old one, so other AM can see the status of the UR. We don't want a reporter to receive 5 emails of different AM's about the same problem...

Dror says they are waiting for the email text to come from marketing before they can put it in place.

If it looks strange, or I used bad grammar or misspelled anything, it's my phone's fault.

I wonder if the previous text passed marketing first ...
