The errors I corrected don't seem to show up in my profile as resolved. I am wondering if I am not doing something right? I have over 70 edits and have not recieved the 500 points for resolving errors. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have also reported several errors and did not get the 50 points, so am wondering if I am again doing something wrong. Thanks for assistance with this as well.

I believe this is only for the human reported updated requests, and not for the route analysis generated ones.

I don't understand what you mean by "Human" reports? Is this when someone uses WAZE from their phone and clicks on Map Issue? If so, shouldn't that show up as me reporting an error when I have used that tool?

Correct. Map problem from the client. When you resolve one of those, that is where you get points. Resolving the ones that are computer generated... suspected missing road, turn through restricted turn, etc. do not count towards that.

Didn't see this mentioned above yet ... but in WME, you can very easily tell the difference between system requests and user requests ... the user requests (errors directly submitted by Wazers from their phones) are marked with a smiley face on the right side of the pin, while the system requests (errors generated by the server from differences between driven routes and mapped roads) have just the plain pin.

I think I have it figured out now. Thanks! I still don't see credit for the errors I have reported from the app. I should have recieved the 50 points for my first report of an error as I have submitted several.

There is a current problem with points on the International server so that might be part of the issue:

I have recieved several of the bonus point candies, but the 50 points for reporting my first map error has still not showed up. It still exists as an unclaimed option on my iPhone (they are greyed out once you get the points). I just got the points for 5 friends on facebook today so I know some of it is working. Any idea how to take care of this?

I know it's hard when you've just started using Waze and you want to see what you have achieved, but I think you will just have to be patient as it will get sorted out eventually and all your points will come through.
At the moment my dashboard points seem to be up-to-date but those in the app, map and scoreboards are stuck from a week or two ago.
