While I don't agree with the attitude and the level of entitlement, I understand tt91's frustration. There's a dearth of information about the update process, and status.waze.com does little to shed light on it. According to the status posts, the NA server is both "running the tile process" and "not running the tile process because another process is running." That sure cleared things up. They might as well say the pretty lights are flashing on the box-thingy and we hope someday it will magically produce the results we wanted.
