I hope shirlig doesn't mind me jumping the gun, but please provide feedback in this thread.
Major Changes:
- Detailed Gas Station landmarks (INTL only, not NA)
- Gas Stations now default landmark type
- Toll flag added to road segments
- Ability to lock landmarks
- Road names auto-capitalized after they are saved (future version of editor to exempt names starting with the word "to")
- Reduced editor permission range for level 0/1 editors (temporary glitch, if you see this, force a reload and all should be well)
- Select entire street will NOT work on un-named road segments

So here is my feedback:
Auto-capitalization is a BAD thing for ramp names in my opinion. I think "to blah blah blah" looks much better than "To blah blah blah".

Basically this affects all on ramps and pathfinders. Unnumbered exits can/should be of the form: "Exit: blah"

Not according to the Wiki (
http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Road_Naming_%28USA%29#Exit_ramps_and_Entrance_ramps_.28on-ramps.29):
Exit Ramp wrote:If the exit is not numbered, "Exit to Kindergarten Ct" will do.
Entrance Ramps wrote:"to I-10 W / Baton Rouge"
"to Clearview Pkwy N / Mandeville"

Even ignoring the un-numbered exits and which form to use (existing wiki vs. new US standard) bgodette's point is still true that on/off ramps and pathfinders are mainly impacted. And that is NOT minimizing the situation. I would say those may be the majority of ramps out there!

Pretty much, there's far more on ramps and pathfinders than there are numbered exit ramps.

See Spil's actual proposal at
https://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=129&t=20563#p185702 which says
As before, if no exit number exists, the shield or name will be preceded with "to ".
Also, see the most recent posts in that thread too...
And for clarification,
Exit Ramps with no number = "Exit to Kindergarten Rd"
Entrance Ramps = "to I-95 N / New York"
I think first post about capitalization was referring more to Entrance/On Ramps

From Shirli's original post on the matter:
"Ability to edit gas stations in the beta editor."
...Beta editor? Where is this, and is it mentioned on the Wiki/FAQ/etc. in reasonably prominent places? I must've missed this somewhere.
