Ghost Road

Postby Editot » Fri Aug 03, 2012 12:31 pm

Near Addo, South Africa, at https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=0&l ... s=84340890.

Grateful if the Ghost Road, a segment of the R335 appearing as a (red) Major Highway, could be carefully deleted.

With thanks.

Hi,

Also have an issue with the Ghost Road at:

https://es.waze.com/editor/?zoom=2&lon= ... TTTFTTTTFT

The road between Santa Cruz Analquito and San Pedro Perulapán should not exist. It was deleted and is not on the map after the latest tiles update; yet, it is in the editor. Not only that. Upon selecting the road, it selects the ENTIRE road (Carretera Panoramica) from beginning to end, regardless of all existing intersections. I cannot modify or delete any part of the road. You can go ahead and delete the entire road, if needed. I will remap it quickly. The original delete was done because the first mapping of this segment was not correct because the previous aerial photo had cloud cover.

With Thanks,

Also this one in Oudtshoorn, South Africa:

https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&l ... =152538879

Grateful for some attention to this as it's running through the middle of town and inhibiting any proper street connections.

The Ghost Road in Oudtshoorn, detailed above, remains unattended.

Can someone please fix this?

With thanks!

Is there a better forum for dealing with this?

Unanswered after several weeks, see https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&l ... =156613723.

Look forward to some help.

Thanks.

Confirmed this is the wrong place to raise Ghost Road issues. Go to Support, send an e-Mail, was resolved in seconds.

R328 at Outdshoorn now rebuilt.

Many thanks,
