when do edits take place

okay so here is my problem. i updated the map of my neighborhood on editor last week. but the live maps have not updated yet. when i look at my neighborhood on the editor it shows the corrections i made. but when i look at it on the live map screen or on my waze app on the iphone it has not been corrected. am i missing something. according to the things i read in wiki a have permissions to edit things within a mile of where i have driven but nothing has been corrected. i would like to correct the many errors in my neighborhood.

Patience. Its been taking longer than a week for edits to be processed and show on your phone. Edits don't seem to be showing at all on the Live Map now. Currently, only edits before August 13 are processed.

And Live Map is not updating visual at this time. Do not trust it. Check the app only.

I wanted to point out that this time the problem with the Live Map is a bit different than the previous failure to update the visual. When I first started editing, waze was not updating the visual aspect of the NA Live Map. However, if you knew where a segment was that did not show visually on the Live Map, you could still click on it to see its properties and route to or from it. I cannot currently do this with new segments on the Live Map. The purple line will show where the segment is if I generate a route that uses the new segment. But I cannot begin or end a route on the new segment or otherwise select it on the Live Map. Thus, I totally agree that the Live Map shouldn't be trusted, but think the problem is at least slightly more severe than just the failure to update the visual aspects that the NA Live Map used to have.

I have similar issue..I had updated the map of my neighborhood on editor on 5th & 7th of Aug but the live maps have not updated yet. I am unable to find place when i search the location on the phone..you can refer permalink mentioned below..pls suggest me.

Read up on the intl updates on status.waze.com. I believe intl is updated to Aug 5 at this time.

At the bottom of the LiveMap, it shows what seems to be the last update date of the map content. Your screenshot and what I currently still see shows Last Update: 6-14-2012

Unfortunately, the livemap date is no longer correct, or hasnt been for a couple months.

one month over..Changes are still not implemented..

They're working on it. Hang in there. We've not reached our maximum map update cycle time yet.
