Unable to correct

I've found a case of a duplicated road, but unable to correct.

Tried a few times to correct and/or remove the duplicate road, but it reports an error:
While you were editing, the elements you're trying to save have been modified and/or deleted.

The IDs are as follows(on intl server):
165880987 - OK
149125868 - bad, to be deleted
Can someone with more rights correct this?

The first is probably the duplicate(based on ID), but is better done. Also the bad one rejects any kind of modification.

You first need to post a permalink. We cannot just find a street ID. Thanks!

Tought is easier for internals with IDs.

165880987 - marked as Minor highway - OK
149125868 - marked as Major highway - bad one

If it helps: At different zoom different road appears. Even happens that on a certain section the minor is visible, next section the major one.

Both are noted as 111

Someone will likely be able to help out. For clarity, in the future, please select the segments you have question about and then get the permalink. As the documentation reads, "... set the zoom level and select any road segments or junctions you want to point out to the user who will view the permalink."

BTW: tried the permalink, but the segment in question does not get selected, altough the ID(149125868) in the URL is correct

EDIT: With additional testing figured out that same URL with only the zoom changed to 3 makes selection work:

I'm surprised no one from the world server is looking at this yet. If you don't hear something within several more hours, maybe look to see if there is a country forum for your area.

No response, country forum empty (except some intro topic), CM from a foreign country...

In Cartouche, the major segment is, depending on zoom level, not or only partially visible. It is not selectable in Cartouche.

This is a sync issue, and if it does not dissappear by itself after a few days, send the permalink to support, so they can fix it by hand.

The selection in Papyrus is tricky too. depends on zoom level and a random component.
I moved a few nodes away in order to select the other one...
