can't edit anything

Hi everyone, I need to mak some improvement on streets near my home. I'm in my driving area but I can't edit anything. How it's possible?

I have been trying to edit some new streets where I live. I have been going back and forth with someone from Waze. Then they stopped touching base with me. Here is the permalink https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=6&lat ... TTTTTTTTFT
My original problem was when I wanted to add the street name it would show no country or city now in play mode I can make the changes that I would need to, as soon as I log in I cant access the street to even change anything. I am trying to make Waze better. What do I need to do?

I don't see anything locked in the area.
I was able to add the city name to the 'red' segment you had created.
Try putting the street name again.
Sometimes you need to log out and log back in.
Sometimes you need to 'refresh' (F5 or ctrl R), when the editor stops 'working correctly.'
