It seems that if there are under a certain number visible, that it works ok after pans. But once I get A LOT on the screen at once, they disappear. What's really odd is that the "normal" Map Problems appear just fine regardless, and only all these "didn't follow route" ones appear to be affected by the display issue.

They appear and disappear for me even if there only only a few in the area. It is only these orange "don't follow route" ones that are affected for me as well. Even some red "don't follow route" ones that are not affected by the display issue here.

It's been mentioned how old this data is, but I just found one that appears to be analyzing data almost a year old.

At that junction, the Waze recommended route is to turn left, against the 1-way segment. This segment hasn't been updated since March 2012, which would be the most recent date it could have been set incorrectly and allowed traffic the other way. Now, true enough, Waze does route against 1-way segments, but there would need to have been significant other errors nearby to cause this.

This makes me dubious that researching/reveiwing any of the recent "sea of orange" map problems is worth anyone's time...

As it goes along, especially at further distances from the MP, it appears to be "averaging" the drives. Such as something like the OP in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17903&p=160526&hilit=missing+road+average#p160526

Could it also be, that this segment was a victim of the automatic "turn this 2-way road into 1-way because nobody seems to be driving it" change? Recently, at least long after edited.

Your green line is probably taking an average between Dock and Compromise. Something that was supposed to be tuned out of the MP routing a year ago.

The first time this script was ran, it did find a lot of legitimate errors. This time around it seems super sensitive, and almost all the ones I've brought up were either solved a LONG time ago, or are the result of bad info (Green route turning on the purple line, but just being a few degrees off).

So this time around its been pretty much worthless, other than exercising the mouse hand.

Oh, it seems to be finding legitimate problems.
The problem seems to be that WAZE is routing drivers over crazy paths!

Here, WAZE told 12 drivers to make an illegal U turn and one seems to have followed the directions!

here it was routing them the wrong way along a one way highway.

The reports are not what worries me, it is the routes that WAZE was issuing!

The reports are a red flag saying something is wrong in the routing!

Maybe some are due to revcons or other 'left over map problems' from the older map editor but they are an indication of problems in the ROUTING rather than problems in map editing.

I think it depends how active the editors in the area tend to be. I've been editing in areas where the editors have be less active in the past year and the information has generally been quite useful. Moving over to my city where I've been actively keeping up with everything and 80% of these reports ten to be duds.
