I came across an update request saying that the "voice should say Malcolm X not Malcolm the tenth."

You must not be in the US because we've tested this before and X comes out as "ex" in TTS. I've heard there is a country-specific abbreviation list and that some countries are specifically set up to have X say "tenth."
Now, if you are in the US then your experience doesn't match previous testing which according to the document, was conducted earlier last year. See the linked Google Doc in the

Yeah, it's in Boston, MA. I haven't heard the pronunciation myself, but it was reported by another user.
I haven't had time yet to look through the other thread, but I will soon to see if there's a fix in there!
