Duplicated segmenst here. Can't remove it! Seems its already deleted.

Odd, clicking on this segment https://world.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&l ... =142066060 causes arrows to pop up on other segments.

Are you getting errors when deleting? What happens?

I try to remove it. But on save it says

While you were editing, the elements you're trying to save have been modified and/or deleted.
Please refresh and try again.

This looks like a corrupt road database--as though some transactions were started but not completed. The arrows on this segment and others look like they "belong to" other segments nearby. Probably the safest thing to do (in terms of getting rid of the database corruption) is delete this interchange and reconstruct it. IMO, the loss of historical speed data is minor next to the possibility of one of these junctions causing inexplicable problems into the distant future.

If you aren't able to delete send a nanorep ticket to support with a permalink of the intersection and ask them to delete the mess. Once deleted you can go back and redo the intersection.

I just delete some segments, but can't delete others.
Seems segments with same indeces has different positions in different titles.
