Can't edit

Hi, I'm almost a newbie, and a 1-level editor. I wish to update my driving area, but the editor always says I cannot edit anything because I'm not in my driving area. According to the video tutorial I just saw, indeed I'm! Can anyone explain me where is my error?

Ciao Marcello, in Italia l'editing è attualmente bloccato. Segui la sezione paesi e lingue e vieni nel forum italiano per leggere i motivi.

Grazie davide70, mi spieghi meglio come arrivare al forum in italiano? Cosa vuol dire "Segui la sezione paesi e lingue" esattamente... mi immagino che sia un link da qualche parte ma non so dove
