I'm pretty sure no. Maps are designed for the native population as Waze is built as a commuting app.

I'm an American living & working in Israel and I'm wondering if there is any way to have the street names displayed in English on the Israeli maps... Or is there any way to modify the data file(s) - maybe run it through Google translate and transfer them back to my phone (android)?
Search and navigation works fine when I input English, but the street names displayed on the map are all Hebrew - it would be nice to be able to see the see what the surrounding streets are in the case where I'm having difficulty finding someplace...
Thanks!
