Follow up local smartphone blogs

Postby krankyd » Wed Dec 28, 2011 11:21 am

Hi guys,

We got some nice leads on local smartphone blogs to partner with from your recommendations, and that's great – thanks so much to those of you who took the time to reply. There's such value in the information you supply to us from your local communities, so we wanted to spread the focus just a bit wider…
We're looking for media outlets that we can reach out to to help spread the word about Waze in your areas. To that end, we were hoping you could share with us your favorite local:
· Tech websites
· Auto-orientated websites
· Tech or Auto-orientated TV shows and/or radio programs

Please send names and links to alli@waze.com – many thanks!

So... tomtom sold 54.000 devices in the UK alone JUST because Clarkson's voice is in it. Any voice imitators out there?

Some say he sounds just like Jeremy Clarkson, but no-one has heard him speak...

There are tons of blogs and websites devoted to testing radar detectors, and spreading 'speed trap' info. Having them review the Waze app with a focus on the community reporting aspects might be good. Though, it might make sense to have the paid ign editors take a good look at the communities the bloggers would use Waze in first.

I'd like to see 'radar Roy's do a review in particular. Radarroy.net
