I'm going to sound like I'm just repeating what others have wrote, but oh, well.

Dror, thanks so much for the time and effort you've put in to keep up with the community. I am glad that you will not be going too far and still available for Chen to check in with during the transition.

Chen, you've got your work cut out for you in stepping into Dror's shoes, but even more than that, the community of Wazers and megawazers believe those shoes can be bigger. There are continuing challenges to the consistency and robustness of Waze's communication with the community as a whole. Be careful not to listen to what may often seem like personal attacks when things aren't going well, but look carefully for the underlying cause of frustrations and work to implement changes to address those.
