Contact editor or find out what else he has been doing

I cleaned up my area pretty good a while back and haven't had time to see what's breaking lately, but just did and need some help. I fixed an area a few months ago that looks like it was sabotaged just after I fixed it. The streets where all disconnected and mangled creating errors. Luckily, it is in a restricted, low traffic area. Maybe he has a reason. How do I contact the editor? I tried to PM him, but his user name (dwayn) doesn't come up. It was my first attempt ever at PMing.
My other idea is to view a list of his editing activity to discover if he has created a path of sabotage, this is a one time thing, he is doing great editing elsewhere, or whatever.

"name doesn't come up" may be because the search-user-functionality is disabled due to performancereasons (over 7m users). I think you can still send a PM.

Exactly, if you type "dwayn" into the address box and hit add, the system recognizes the name. If you type in a name that is not in the system you get an error.
