Can't find a group I created.

I created a group "BFBS" for the staff of my company who work around the world. It has 2 members.

Problem .. loads have tried to search for it ("BFBS") but Waze always returns the message "no groups containing BFBS" .. or something similar. BFBS appears in the group description too.

Why can't it be found ?

I was able to find it by searching from the dashboard (https://www.waze.com/dashboard/groups/), but not from my phone (Android). Maybe it's something wrong with the client?

I can't find any groups at all. Except the two that I'm already assigned to.

Same here in France : the group search engine does not return any entry, except the two groups I have created (but only visible by me, my friends can't join it, it is invisible for them)

http://www.waze.com and http://world.waze.com does not seem to be synchronized.

Located in Sweden, I am connected to the international server (http://world.waze.com?), and if I join a nearby group on my phone, it will show under dashboard on http://world.waze.com. It will not show on the dashboard if I log on to http://www.waze.com. There are however groups that can not be found on either servers, but do exist so....hopefully someone are looking into this.

Those two server are separate covering North America and Rest of the World. You can read about it in the Wiki under Bank of Servers.

I don't know why you are not finding the other group on neither server though.

I can't find any groups for the Milwaukee area online in my dashboard by searching?

I'm using FF and not IE.

About 20 nearby groups show up (for Chicago, 90 miles away from me) but NONE for Milwaukee show up, even though my friend's iphone version of the app finds them just fine?

Same problem here. We started a Group "Yes Please! to BRC" and it doesn't show up in search so our friends can't join in.
How can we remedy this?
Friends using GooglePlay.
