Waze hasn't worked all day, keeps freezing my phone, no help from support after numerous requests.
Can't wait to uninstall and preach how bad this app is.

The support staff is in Israel... It's the weekend over there, they are not in...
How about you give us a little more information (type of phone, OS, Waze Version, etc) and we'll see if we can help you...

Uninstalled. Back to Google Maps for me. Waze is a piece of garbage.
