It is purposely disabled for everyone due to the size of the user database which crashes the forum software/web server. This has been posted before. Please search before posting.

Are you using the "Find a member" link on the New PM page? If so, I get the same error. I believe that capability is restricted or disabled. Instead, type the person's name in the box to the left and click "Add". If it's someone you PM frequently, you can go into your profile and add them as a friend. Then, they will show up on the left side of the window.

Hello,
Every time that i try to send a private message to another forum member, i got this error
"You are not authorised to view the member list or profiles."
What i have to do in order to get this access?
