Be careful of driving conditions!

Just a grim reminder on how we underestimate weather, driving conditions and our skill.

Yesterday due to blizzard and sudden icing in a matter of few hours Riga (capital city of Latvia) had more that 100 separate car accidents. We still don't have a complete picture country wide, but I must sadly admit that driving conditions in Riga were much better than elsewhere.
