Could someone please explain to me, how in some states and some countries the Valentine Goodies are working and in some areas not like in Kentucky. We do not have ANY Valentine goodies!!!

No "love" here in MA either, so I didn't know there were goodies either. That said, it takes time to populate the database, so they may yet be on the way.
Edit: they showed up in my area this afternoon.

+1. In Chennai, India there are just four love candies in the Whole City. Whereas for Christmas, there were ten-fifteen candies in every block.

I'm travelling near the TN-KY border near Clarksville, and I've seen a lot of Valentine's goodies yesterday and today.

A few goodies showed up but sadly only for a day and a half. So, IMHO the other places who had the goodies earlier had a bigger advantage.

You can consider yourself lucky. Wednesday & Thursday I had to drive 650 miles with a 4-year-old on board who thinks Waze is wonderful!
Every few miles:
What's that?
It's a flower, Freddie.
What's that?
It's a cake Freddie.
What's that?
It's another cake Freddie. Can I turn it off now?
No. Uncle Iain?
Yes Freddie?
I like your "hello"! And what's that?
