No Gold for me?

Hello fellow wazers!

I was fortunate enough to earn the most points in my state this past week but do not appear to have the gold icon. Is there something I need to do to get this?

It usually takes effect only after the Monday points recalculation, so you should effectively be the proud owner of the Gold Wazer on Tuesday morning.

It usually happens from Sunday to Morning, albeit I've seen days that it updated only after noon (UTC), and when there are delays on the points, it may even happen late in the week or not at all. I've seen that happening. Just rest assured your points are never lost (errr besides that one time )

Actually, it didn't work correctly for me this week either. It gave me a message this morning that I was bronze, but that is incorrect, I was bronze last week, and this week I am now gold (by almost 20,000 points, so it is pretty clear). The message indicated this was the new week, so I don't think something is right. I am about to send a support ticket in.

Ok, and now suddenly it has changed and I am gold. I don't think they have updated the servers yet at it's only 10:08pm. Really weird........

Relax. The scoreboard is being improved so do expect some erratic behavior over the next weeks. Just make sure your points are never lost, even if they take some days to go in.

FYI icon turned gold later that Monday, very pleased as I don't think I will hold it for another week, lol. Weird some of the weekly jumps I see. Some are moving up several thousand positions according to the weekly state report. Some of these jumps are strange as I don't believe there are actually 30,000 wazers in my entire state. How can someone move up 37,000-plus positions?

Anyway, not really looking for an answer, just found it odd.

Off topic, the navigation, at least where I am, is absolutely horrible. I would like to enable only warnings and reporting functions, and leave the navigating to my Razr HD.

Your assigned state can change depending on where you do your driving for the week. So a trucker doing hundreds of miles a day in a new area may go from un-ranked in the state to the top 10 all of a sudden. That could be some of the jumps you see.

The first day after the update there will be major movements because the values are low. 37K is expected, can be a new user doing real points, or may be a glitch with the first drive where it may need to divide by 3 but the second day will be ok.

Just grab the errors and report them, on the client or on livemap, and help fixing them on the editor
