Speed and traffic lights radars

I'm a new user of Waze.
I do not know how the radars are manage by the application.
As I'm maintaining a list of radars for France up to date for another GPS application (Mappy), I can provide it to you.
What I need is the format of the files you need, if you need to have several files, ...
And finally, how I can send you the files.

Can only add Red Light and Speed cameras from the app, then must be confirmed in the editor. Please see the Cameras page in the wiki.
