Other driver symbals.

When I drive on the road, I see symbols of other drivers who are driving in our area. are these symbols are static or dynamic? I mean do they move or not? Some times they just vanished. Do they indicate weather they are moving in particular direction? I cannot figure out if they are stopped or not? Are they moving in your direction? Or going away from you? I mean all these critical information?

They are both static & dynamic. They do not show real time information, only their location at sometime in the last 5-10 minutes. The icons do not move as the other user moves. You may end up playing leap-frog with another user traveling near you on a highway. Their icon is sitting still, you drive past it & then their icon updates to somewhere in front of you again.
