Which is a big problem. Waze needs to make it work properly so they are not getting these types of support requests or reevaluate what is important. The navigation and traffic avoidance are the primary features. Focus on activities that support these functions. The points should be a driver of this but not something that is generating support request. Waze support is surely wasting so much valuable time on 'silly' support requests.
Agreed. My support request is no doubt minor. However, there are no other places for me to report "minor" requests vs. more important ones. Don't forget, Waze advertises itself as being "social" and a "gaming" application. If these aspects don't work, they will lose users. Lots needs to be done for sure, better support should be a high priority.
