The process that makes those changes doesnt run automatically anymore so you probably have to request it.

200k map edit club

Searched but couldn't find any threads.. Has there been any discussion regarding the 200k edits mark (to become CM) for small countries with a smaller road/street network? In a non-basemapped country of 5 million people, but with an area of 148,746 sq. mi, few AMs, three level 3 editors (from the old 50k mark), we sorely need a CM to make changes in remote areas etc. Requesting AM status for every single place where we have no map, or users report problems, is getting unmanagable. Has this been discussed before?

You can always send a request for cm. explain the situation and they may do it. What country are you in?

Norway. Most cities (the few we have) are mapped, so edits are slow, but we still have vast areas without connecting roads etc that need to be taken care of. We have a bunch of roads connecting different parts of the country (and it's a long country), but when changes need to be made, getting the few AMs we have coordinated is difficult sometimes. Few of them visit the forum. I have seen some level 4 non-norwegian user locking segments in Norway, but when we don't speak the same language, and we don't have level 4 editors here, it makes things pretty complicated. I'll consider mailing support, but the nanorep clearly states 200k edits are needed to request CM status, and I'm not sure I want to make Waze think I belive rules don't apply to me..

It can happen again, that some rules (under specific circumstances) need an exception...
