Looks like I just had my 1-year "Wazerversary" as well. However, it's a bit different for me ... while I first joined Waze on 16JUL2011 as indicated, I only used it a few times and got frustrated because it didn't work well with my BlackBerry Storm. After I upgraded to an Android in September, I decided to give Waze another try, and got hooked badly!
For what it's worth, here's where my 10 months or so of active Wazing has brought me:

Yes, FedEx delivery driver. 250-300 miles a day.
