Stuck on 6 points

I seem to be stuck on 6 points. I keep getting the messages saying I've earnt x points for reporting traffic or for driving a certain distance, but the scoreboard just shows me as stuck on 6 points

I did have to restore my phone from backup shortly after starting but don't know if they would affect it

That would be a combination of your restore removing the saved data and the server points system being taken offline for a few days. It's all still there don't worry, just give it a week while some new changes and system are up and running.
