Signature Banners updated for new ranks

With the change of rank and cone display, check your signature banners.

The AM only banner (no "K" shield, just the Wazer and 4 cones) has been edited to 3 cones. Anyone using this image linked from the wiki will automatically change. (You may need to do a force reload in your browser to see it).

A new 4 cone version of the 100k shield has been added to the wiki.

All other banners remain unchanged and you will need to edit your signature through your user control panel to update what banner you use. The AM only file was named as such while all other banners include the number of cones in the name so swapping them around would be confusing since the file that said 4 cones would only have 3 in it.

NOTE: we are still working on getting the original files to create higher shields with 400K and higher.

Just trying it out right now.

Looks and seems pretty good overall.

I would suggest a way of swapping the A point and the B point around so road numbers can be done easier, going backwards with the A-B points/numbers will cause problems for some people.

I took the liberty of adding some more (haven't seen this post before) to cover the remaining missing cones of 100K + 3 cones and 200K + 3 and + 4 cones.

Create a banner with a series of 3x 200K and 1x 100K shields That would be nice, to see millionaires with a banner of 10 100K shields, probably enabling the horizontal scroll on the browser
