How to become a level 3 editor?

What does it take to become a level 3 editor? I have nearly 36,000 points and still have level 1. I've fixed several map issues, but could do way more with higher privs. I Prescott AZ area there are many new and rebuilt roads I could be correcting. Thanks Dave

Area Managers team ranks you up to level 3 when you get an area assigned. So you need become an Area Manager to get such a rank. It is actually pretty easy, read here: http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Area_Manager
