Points not updated

I was wondering, Me and my daughter are in the same car and we both have Waze running on our Iphones. On her Waze, the points are updated right away, mine takes almost a whole day. Why is that and why would she get more points for the same route than me. Also, I drive every day and I never get/got the " Your first week you drove 3 days and 4 days" candy. How can this be fixed?
