I drive with Waze in the Washington, DC metro area and several times a month it tries to send me on routes that are restricted based on time-of-day (e.g. "do not enter from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM") forcing me to make last-minute adjustments and generally increasing my travel time significantly. I assume that if Waze was aware of the ToD restriction it wouldn't have chosen the route(s) I was eventually forced to take. Is there any way to edit the map to add these time-based restrictions? I tried various searches in the forums and Wiki but didn't find anything that addresses this issue.
Thanks!

I'm also in the DC area and this is a big problem. We have a LOT of time restricted turns, roads that are closed on weekends, and even major roads that completely reverse direction based on time of day (like Rock Creek Parkway).

Yes, we have made this point frequently enough that even the
West Coast editors are well aware of Rock Creek Pkwy now. It is a problem.
