Are Server Is Down?

Now, already day 2. World server is down right now? I mean when I go to map edit, there's notting loaded on page, not even a road. Page are pink. But I can select a road there (if any), it just hidden. Ariel view also don't have. GPS track OK, can see it if I turn it ON.

I'm using chrome browser. Trying with 2 pc's, WinXP and Win7, all same even after I clear everything (cache/history etc.)

Not seeing any announcement regarding this either...

This has everything to do do with splitting their servers....
