Problem viewing permalinks....

Good morning all.....Is anyone else having a problem viewing permalinks from the forums? When the map comes up all of the sudden a big sign on screen overlays it and you can't remove it 
I am signed in already and even if I do sign in again on the newly appeared screen nothing happens
