Where are the users in live map?

Hi!
If you look at the "world servers" of the livemap and does not appear to users, and reports, only Britain, France, Spain and Italy. Why? Where's the rest?
If you zoom it, then, of course, already good, but it's not.

Live map doesn't show everything. It's actually showing more than it did when it was first built and more than it says it will based on the active/inactive buttons (See the wazer button says last 10)

Sorry, but that makes the whole system suspicious. Add that Waze reboots my phone every 5 minutes and recalculates the route every 100 feet anew, and you will understand that, IRL, Waze is a PITA. Instead of a help...

I think I'll go back to using Google Nav, which just works !

If that were the case more avatars should appear as you zoom in.
They don't.

Have a look at the pictur above.
The queston was, why only shown Avatars and chitchats in england and italy.
If i zoom to Moskau or to Warschau, then pop um many avatars wich not been shown bevore.

The queston is again: Why not shown in the live-map by zooming out, only italy and englisch? (and please, i have nothing against english and italy-wazers )

I think, it is because the "density of users and reports" (empirical observation).
The total amount of users and reports are fixed, so in this view puts the LiveMap a wazer where the LiveMap covered map contains more users.
The interesting question is, which user will be seen...

But maybe the Waze HQ will confirm or refute it.

In any case, how does this affect using the Waze application and avoiding traffic? I use Waze daily wazers showing on the LiveMap on the website has absolutely no impact on how Waze works.
