Waze just posted a hint about the Monster mood on FB and they say they will give more letters towards the answer in the coming days. So much for it being so secretive.

A lot of people have already figured it out. It's a (short) matter of time before everyone from facebook will be a monster and then everyone will say "WTF" and they too will be monsters.

Bummer. I was enjoying being one of two monsters on the road in my area, and was happy to help people who needed a little extra pointing in the right direction to get their own.
