A couple times they've popped up an announcement of a form to fill out to get one. The form is only accessible for a short time. I did it back in April and never got one so don't get your hopes up.

I ended up making my own. And a CM one as well...

Actually, I am working on bringing all these back. I'm in talks with Waze and creating on samples for Waze team. I will include the area manager and other ...Manager logo's as well.

No, files are actually small .png format for moods.
