Same here (France), I can't find any announcement.

The INTL server is probably out of order.

There is indeed a problem with the INTL dashboard.
A report has been made.

Same problem here. The client on iOS shows points, the dashboard on world.waze.com however does not. Moreover the latest drives are not shown. How fast should this happen?

In my mobile (app) my scoreboard shows 1012 points, but when I access waze through browser it shows 0 points. Guys any explanation? (India)

Read the sticky note at the top & verify that you are on the right server.
