Traffic reports in one direction only?

Is there any way to have Waze show traffic conditions in one direction only?
If I'm traveling eastward, it provides little benefit to see a large number of westward traffic warnings. As such, a user is likely to ignore the warnings (assuming it's for the other traffic lane).
Is it possible to have alerts add an option for "my direction" or "other direction". This way the warning system would provide greater value to the users.
