PC Waze Client?

Would be nice to have a PC version of the waze client. I travel a lot with my laptop which is also GPS enabled. Would make things a lot easier for hardcore wazers.

There was a post on how to do this. You'll have to search laptop, emulator, microsoft, but it was said to have been done.
