How do I say use "this spot" as destination?

When I try to do a search for my destination, the search provides an unrelated location on my campus. I would like to drive to my destination and say this is where I want to "navigate to" in the future. How do I tell Waze I want "this spot" to be used for future trips?

Also, as a sidebar to this, in my efforts to do this I deleted the "Work" destination. How do I get it back?
