Hi.
Recently my samasung galaxy s3 crashed and I sent it to service center... after receiving back my phone it seem they did hard reset... i installed Waze logged in with my account but all my points are gone! is this normal?

Yes, sometimes it can take a day or two for your device to re-sync your account. Rest assured it will happen though assuming you've used the same login details.
