Hi I was wondering if it is possible to put in a bit of GPS systems for trucks.
For GPS to recalculate the route to avoid having to face viaducts and weight paths.
It would really help us truck drivers. To avoid having to keep on searching for new ways when you do not really have time for it..
It would really make the GPS Program would be 10 star.
with kind regards/

See this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=33709However, I don't see us (I drive a truck too) getting height/weight/width restrictions as they are very complicated & difficult to maintain. I can see us getting a much simpler "No Trucks" flag for things like Parkways (in the US) which trucks aren't allowed on at all.

I dont see it happening but it might be an option Waze could develop along with truck driver beta testers.
