There are thousands of these signs in hundreds of cities all over the US. Can't we allow for local map editors to save time based restrictions into the map? I know this may seem complicated, but with waze users becoming more technically minded, I think we should start moving in this direction.

This is not only in US ... here in Brazil we have the same situation in many big cities where they change the flow in some directions during the hush hour ....
There is some feature voting for waze? I'll certainly vote for this ...
