Input speed traps, accidents etc on Desktop computer

HI,

Is there any way that someone can contribute to the live map through a desktop computer?

I work in a control centre with access to live traffic cameras in the city. I see accidents every day that cause disruption. I get reports of speed traps and hazards from a fleet of 500 drivers. However, I seem to have no way to send these Alerts to Waze users.
