my points not updated in over a week

I normally don't worry about a day or two when my points don't update, but this has now been going on for over a week.

My dashboard has not budged from 697757 points and 187846 map updates since at least Monday over a week ago. In the mean time, I have watched myself drop in ranking so I am asking the forum if this may be a problem.

I've eaten at least 20, 750 point candies in the past week, but nothing is showing up. I would hate to not be getting these update points since I am so close to 200K.

Any suggestions?
