Unable to login to app or waze.com

Hi

I cant login to waze.com or the app on my android. I've used the reset password mechanism, but no mail ever gets sent to me (and it's not in my spam folder).

I used the forum mechanism to reset this password, and that works and lets me login to the forums, but it does not work for logging into www.waze.com or the app on my phone.

Anyone have a clue? TIA

You are logged into the forum. The app and site should use the same password. You should 1) clear your browser cache, 2) delete your saved account/passwords as they may be substituting in an incorrect value without you realizing it.

Yes, except that's not working. I've just loaded up Internet Explorer, which I haven't used in quite literally years. Cleared cache/cookies, everything. Still getting 'invalid login or password' on the waze.com website.

Also, the password reset emails are not being sent out, leading me to believe something is broken.

edit: interestingly, I am able to login to the forum just fine with IE, just not the website. same as the app or using Chrome or Firefox.
